Our Healthier South East London - Sustainability and Transformation Partnership

Help to shape the future of the NHS in Lewisham and south east London

In January, the NHS set out its plans for the next 10 years across the whole of England.

The NHS has to continually move forward so that in 10 years’ time we have a service fit for the future. The NHS Long Term Plan is based on what the public and NHS staff thought the NHS needs to make care better; more easily accessible and close to where they live; and to get better at helping people to stay well.

Our Healthier South East London (OHSEL), a partnership of local NHS organisations, councils and other key stakeholders, invites you to influence what this means for our area. Below are details of upcoming events which we hope you will be able to attend and have your say.

Talking about all of our plans all at once is hard to do. That's why we're using the next two months to focus on six key areas where we really want to hear your views:

  • Getting the best start in life

  • Children and young people's mental health

  • Access to services

  • Improving hospital appointments that do not involve an overnight stay

  • Social isolation and working with charities

  • Services working together.

But, as in any conversation, what we want to talk about is only half the story. We always want to hear what matters to you.

There are a number of ways you can let us know what you think:

By coming along to our Lewisham focused engagement event, where you will have the opportunity to discuss all of these issues and more.
