​Social Prescribing Day

Thursday 12 March is 'Social Prescribing Day', and there will be social prescribing services and activities across Lewisham.

The Lewisham Positive Ageing Council at will be in the Civic Suit, Catford SE6 4RX from 11am – 1.30pm. There will be a themed meeting – 'Support for Older People Through Social Prescribing'.

By attending, you'll be able to find out about support for older people through social prescribing. Find out what social prescribing is and why it matters, hear from Lewisham and Southwark Age UK's Community Connections Team, Safe and Independent Living Service (SAIL) and the new GP-based social prescribing team.
