Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK.

This year the focus is on Building Carer Friendly Communities. Communities which support carers to look after their loved ones well, while recognising that they are individuals with needs of their own.

Carers Lewisham has arranged 3 open days  where you can drop in and get information  about caring and coping, taking care of your own health, your rights as a carers, help with benefits, information and getting back to work,  and lots more.

Come join us at the Carers Centre in Forest Hill on:

Monday 8 June: 10:30am to 2:30pm

Working Carers Monday 8 June:  5:30 pm to 7:30pm

Tuesday 9 June:  10:30am to 12:30pm
