There are so many amazing projects that Maudsley Charity is proud to support, made possible by the generosity of our donors. One of these is the Wheel of Well-being, which aims to improve personal well-being and mindfulness through positive changes to six specific life elements (Body, Mind, Spirit, People, Place and Planet).

Hosted by Paul Mitchell, Director of Maudsley Charity, we will be showcasing Maudsley Charity funded projects with a series of short talks themed around the Wheel of Well-being’s six areas of positive change. These examples highlight how they each contribute to mindfulness and well-being in individuals and the community, made possible by donations.

Projects being showcased include:

  • Adamson Collection (Mind)
  • Angelus Foundation (Mind and Body)
  • Bethlem Fresh and Healthy Food Project (Planet)
  • Fundraising (Spirit)
  • Museum of the Mind (Place)
  • Recovery College (Mind)
  • Tree of Life workshops (People)
  • Volunteering (Spirit)

Full details about the projects can be found on our website: http://www.togetherwecan.org.uk/MaudsleyCharityShowcase

The event will be followed by a marketplace in the Mezzanine, which will be open for all to stop by and learn more about the projects.
