Dr Razzaque began her medical training in her native Germany and completed her post graduate training at the Mayday Hospital, Croydon.

She has been a GP in Lewisham for 13 years and is a partner at the New Cross Surgery since 2009. She has been on the Governing Body  at Lewisham CCG since 2014 and is the lead for dermatology, gastroenterology and gynaecology in Lewisham. 
Dr Jacky McLeod
Clinical Director
Dr Jacky Mcleod has been a Lewisham GP for 20 years. She is currently a salaried GP at the Vale Medical Centre where she has worked since 1996, and is also an experienced GP Appraiser and Tutor. Jacky has a keen interest in the quality and safety of patient care. She has worked to improve a number of important care pathways here in Lewisham and across London, including COPD, HIV, cervical screening and out-of-hours blood test results.She served as Medical Director for South-East London Doctors’ Co-operative (SELDOC) between 2010-2013, leading the clinical governance agenda to ensure quality safe unscheduled care for patients across Lewisham, Southwark and Lambeth.
Tony Read
Chief Financial Officer 
Tony has more than 30 years of experience in the NHS across Kent and south east London. He has held senior appointments in finance and strategy and was Director of Strategy for NHS South East London prior to working in Lewisham. Other recent appointments include senior and Director roles in Finance, Commissioning and Strategy at NHS Greenwich Primary Care Trust. Tony provides strategic advice to the CCG and its Governing Body on all aspects of financial strategy, planning and management and is responsible for ensuring that the CCG delivers all of its financial targets and also uses the public money allocated to it in an effective, efficient and economic manner. Tony is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and holds a MSc in Healthcare Commissioning.​

Martin Wilkinson
Chief Officer
Martin has worked in Lewisham since 2007, when he was Director of Strategy & System Management at Lewisham PCT. When the PCT clustered across South East London in 2011, Martin was appointed as Managing Director at Lewisham Business Support Unit working with the local GPs on the shadow CCG, prior to his appointment as Chief Officer of the CCG in April 2013.
He started his career in Sunderland Health Authority in the early 1990’s before moving to an NHS post in Bexley in South East London in 1995.  

Martin recently completed a Masters in Healthcare Commissioning at the University of Birmingham and has a BA (Hons) degree in Public Administration from Nottingham Trent University.
As well as his work with the GP membership, Governing Body and partners in Lewisham, Martin also plays a key role in the Our Healthier South East London programme, providing strategic leadership on Maternity and Children & Young People’s services and Communications and Engagement across the patch.  Martin is passionate about improving services and care for local people.
Martin lives in Kent with his wife and three children. 
Aileen Buckton
Executive Director of Community Services
Aileen Buckton has been Executive Director for Community Services since June 2005 and is responsible for adult social care and health, supported housing, crime reduction, cultural and leisure services, community and neighbourhood development, and adult learning. Aileen takes the corporate lead on the Council’s relationship with the local health economy and with the Borough’s 3rd sector.Aileen has worked in a number of local authorities across London and has over 25 years experience in local government management.
Danny Ruta
Director of Public Health
Danny is currently Director of Public Health for Lewisham, and Honorary Senior Lecturer at King’s College London. Danny is responsible for discharging Lewisham Council’s public health responsibilities, which include improving the health of Lewisham residents, protecting their health from infectious disease and other hazards, and providing public health advice to clinical commissioners of local NHS services. Danny’s research interests include health status measurement and quality of life assessment, clinical guideline development and implementation, and priority setting in health care. His work has been published in over 80 refereed journal articles and book chapters. His quality of life instrument, the Patient Generated Index (PGI) is widely used around the world.
Dr Simon Parton
Chair of Lewisham Medical Council
I trained at St Bartholomew's Hospital, London and spent a few years working in general medicine and infectious disease in Central London before starting work as a GP in Lewisham in 2002.I have an interest in infectious diseases and tropical medicine. I am Chairman of the Lewisham Local Medical Committee - an organisation that supports and assists General Practitioners. I am proud to be a member of Lewisham CCG and hope to be able to play my part in promoting and improving the health and well being of Lewisham residents.

Clinical Director
Sebastian Kalwij joined the CCG as a clinical director in 2015. He combines this with being a GP partner in Amersham Vale Practice in New Cross. He is a Dutch native and studied medicine in Amsterdam and moved to London in 1994 to do a Master’s degree in Control of Infectious Diseases at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. He then went on to do his GP training in a practice near the Elephant and Castle and has worked in South East London ever since.

Magna recently joined as a Trustee member in December 2015. Magna has been working with the Commonwealth Secretariat as a Head of Health with strategic lead for pan-Commonwealth Health programme across the 54 Commonwealth Countries.

Prior to her international position, Magna worked as public health specialist in Lewisham, Greenwich and Lambeth PCTs. For several years Magna has been a visiting lecturer at Goldsmith's University on their Community and Youth work course.

Shelagh is a Chartered Accountant who has worked for over 10 years in the power and infrastructure lending team at Investec Bank. Previously she was the Company Secretary of a small company specialising in corporate and project finance. She has a broad range of banking and accounting experience and currently provides initial and ongoing client support to UK and overseas clients ranging from covenant monitoring, financing requests and ensuring information and compliance requirements are satisfied. Shelagh is also volunteer for the Royal Society for Blind Children on their Sports without Limits initiative to involve blind and partially sighted people in sport.

Alison Browne Director of Nursing and Quality and Board Nurse  at NHS Lewisham Clinical Commissioning group.  She has worked in the NHS  for over 40 years as a nurse and midwife,  ward sister, manager and director in just about every setting- in acute care, mental health, community, charitable and as an officer in HM Forces and more recently in commissioning. 
‘I bring many years of clinical experience along with governance and quality and commissioning in health services.  I have the ability to be very creative and once had a picture hung in the Royal Academy.’
She is the proud mother of two sons, a passionate supporter of Chelsea Football club and a lover of contemporary music - which means she is seen regularly on both MOTD and at Glastonbury.
